1. Only submit sites that are owned/co-owned by you.
   You can not submit a site on the behalf of the owner even if they have given you permission to do so. If you submit a site other than your own, your submission will be deleted.
2. Only submit sites that are online and active.
   It is troublesome to review sites that are under construction, on hiatus or renovating. Even though we no longer review based on a number scale, empty pages, broken images, and mis-linked files will not benefit your overall review. Our reviewers have the right to refuse to complete your review if there are extensive 404 errors.
3. Your site must be in English.
   We do not review sites that are of a foreign language. Our reviewers are only fluent in English and will only accept English sites. Proper grammar and spelling is at a better advantage. If you submit your foreign site, your submission will be automatically deleted.
4. Do not submit sites with inappropriate material such as pornography or nudity.
   We reserve the right to refuse to review your site if we deem the content to be unsuitable. This also includes typing with sTicKy cApS, overage swearing or inappropriate words.
5. Do not make major changes while your site is in the queue.
   You may change your layout if your site is in the Pending Queue, but if your site is listed under the Active Queue, please refrain from making big changes because we have already begun your review. ‘Big’ changes include but are not limited to change of layout/skin and major section revamps.
6. You may apply for a re-review after significant changes have been made.
   Keep in mind that your review will not change significantly if your site has not improved from your last review. We do not have a limit on re-review submissions, but we can refuse the re-review if your reviewer believes that you have not improved your site in a considerable way.
7. Reviews may take anywhere between one day to one month to finish.
   We will notify you when your review has been completed and uploaded. If it takes longer than one month, please contact one of FHR administrators or your reviewer directly about your delayed review. [Please note that this is for sites in the Active Queue only.]
8. Once you submit your site, you have consented to an honest criticism of your website.
   The type and level of criticism will depend on your reviewer. If you unsatisfied with your review, you may submit your site for a re-review requesting for a different reviewer for an unbiased second review. We are willing to listen to your questions and thoughts on the review, but we will ignore all hate-mail and spam.
9. Reviews are randomly assigned.
   We no longer give reviewees the option of choosing who they’d like to be reviewed by. As soon as a reviewer is free and willing to review, they will pick your review out of the unassigned list. We can’t guarantee how long it will take before you’re chosen by a reviewer. If you’d really not like to be reviewed by someone, specify in the “comments” section of the form below.
